woke up early morning and made my way to this event, intergeneration game. I was in-charge of this rapping station, the chinese will have to read the malay passage and malay will have to read the chinese poem. It's heart warming to see strangers coming together as a group and within the group, the chinese teaches the malay how to read and vice versa. =) of cos, tamil is too hard for most of us. But some pure indian teams did pretty well in reading both chinese and malay passages. =)
There are other stalls as well such as popiah making, chongkat, five stones, cross dressing~ The cross dressing is so funny. I saw those uncles wearing those huge traditional china suit. And popiah was the most popular I guess. And messy as well.
I dont think the old granny belongs to the same family. It's really very nice to see the malay father and son forming a team of 3 with this old granny. And they crossed dressed! The granny was very happy in this costume and when we took pics of them. She was so shy to smile when we asked her to infront of the camera. So cute.
See my self made popiah! Doesnt look very appetising hor. BUT THEN, it is really delicious. Really. =)
went to my grandma house. =)
Brought Mei Mei to the playground. She was delighted! =)
Went for "Everyone Goes Green" event. The weather was freaking hot.
We invited Superband Da Feng Chui to perform. =)
woooo.. Finally end of exam! I am suffering from post exam syndrome.
My mummy hilarious yet again. That day I was in the living room and realised my bear's left eye was wide open. Usually it will be covered with his own fur. I deliberately use his fur to cover the eyes cos I think it is cuter like that. So I asked my mummy, "how come bear bear's eyes so big?!"
She confessed that she happened to see bear bear's small eyes in the afternoon and opened the left eye wide. OMG.
I totally forgt about cotton wool. Look at him. So poor thing. Sitting on his own poo. See the thought bubble, he wants shower. And so houseflies are attacking him. =(
I am a bad owner.
My mummy has been complaining. She said my bear bear is full of dirt and germs. Wherever bear bear sits, she will ask me to take him away cos she thinks he will dirty her stuff. Stuff includes dining table, sofa, cabinet top, her bed etc. I think her stuff are dirtier than bear bear. But shall not argue with her.
I asked a few laundry shop owners already. They said each bear cost minimum 20 bucks. And the size tehy demostrated is smaller than bear bear. She also mentioned some bear's content requires special washing.
I got not enough money to send them for a wash.
Is anyone willing to be sponsor? Sponsor my bear bear for a wash? And bubu, meow meow.... And.. And.. I think thats all.
Today is a busy day!
I woke up at 530am, headed to my grandma's house. My uncle then fetched my mummy, aunt, me and grandma to Camden Medical Centre. Grandma is having catarect surgery.
While waiting for the surgery to end, we went to fetch mei mei to the school. She is so cute! We were in their playing room, looking at the other kids til mei mei ran back to her daddy, refusing to go back to the teacher. The teacher said to us, "i think you all can leave already." Haha.
And after accompanying grandma back home, mummy and i went to orchard again for her appointment. Only got back at 7pm! Tiring!
